After years of development and testing, we will optimise the settings for your make and model of vehicle, ensuring that each Geared Up Tuning map is as individual and made using the newest software on the market. 

An example, the BMW M4 3.0 431bhp will gain over 70bhp from the manufacturer’s power quotes. 

Firstly, run through the mechanical side of the car to ensure it is running within the manufacturer’s parameters. This includes a performance road test, computer diagnostics any faults the car may have will be listed before we go any further.  

We will then if you’re happy to go ahead modify the engine software for performance gains and then road test again, most cars can be flashed through the obd2 port but in some cases, the ECU will need to be taken out to bench flash. 

Geared Up Tuning ECU remap – This Will include a Dyno Road full reading of bhp and torque, this will help you understand the true data of this car and a graph will be provided.

Who We Are

We are located in Essex and  Suffolk, and we also have independent garages working for us in London. We where established in 2021 November and understand a lot about modern engines and car tuning.  

Since the early 2021, most engines have been controlled by an on-board computer, the engine control unit (ECU), which amongst other functions, defines the ignition timing, fuelling and boost pressure for all given engine speeds and loads.
